Common Questions

How do I add a flight? Tap + Add Flight, enter the flight number and date, and we'll look it up automatically. You can also enter the details by hand.
Managing your subscription. Subscriptions are handled through your Apple Account. Open the Settings app on your device → tap your name → Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel.
Flight times look off? Flight data is provided by FlightAware and is not a substitute for official information from your airline or airport. Reach out and we'll take a look.

Subscriptions

ClarksFlight offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (Frequent Traveler and Crew, monthly or yearly) that unlock premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
