Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ClarksFlight app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The app
ClarksFlight helps you track flights and trips and, on paid tiers, request help from a real person. Flight information is provided for convenience and may be delayed or inaccurate; it is not a substitute for official information from your airline or airport. Always confirm critical details (gates, times, cancellations) with your airline.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
Subscriptions
- ClarksFlight offers auto-renewable subscriptions (currently Frequent Traveler and Crew tiers). Pricing is shown in the app before you purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
On-Demand Credits
On-Demand Credits are a consumable purchase used to request a real person's help with a flight or to start a Live Support conversation. Credits are consumed when used and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no abusive content in messages sent to support or other users.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any missed flight, connection, or other loss arising from reliance on information in the app. Always verify with your airline.
Apple standard terms
Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (the "Licensed Application End User License Agreement"), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Changes
We may update these Terms; we'll change the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
